That thread is for asking people to draw things that would be used commercially, this thread is just for people to have fun drawing his character. I do think it would be a good idea to create a thread specifically for things like this though, if it doesn't already exist.

That thread is asking the same thing of a different drawing, he can't just hijack it with his own drawing.
