I used to smoke Newport 100's all the time, but I quit about 5 days ago and I've been clean ever since. I feel a lot better and I can breathe better already. I smoke weed instead.

I disagree. I'm not a smoker, and most of my friends/family who smoke want to quit but either can't be arsed or just can't. Not that I'm saying they get nothing out of smoking, it's just a bad habit.
