While there are much prettier designs, I still think the work the Egyptians did was second to none. Considering they had little to no tools to aid them too, just stacking blocks one at a time it's all incredible.

I love a lot of European architecture, especially Spanish, but I think Italy probably has the best architecture.
Skyscrapers are interesting too, though not as visually appealing they are usually just as breathtaking :p

No, but seriously, we're probably the most generic country in the world. There's some great buildings, but not much has survived very well. We have some nice country side though, which goes well with the rain luckily enough.

I include Vatican City in my definition of Italy, as I think a lot do (though most maybe don't realise it's a country).. it's easier that way.
