Games that need a sequel

Some of the best games I have ever played dont have a sequel yet. This is annoying as all hell and just makes me think, why would such a great game not have a sequel? Perhaps because nothing can top it. But anyways, here is a list of games that havnt had a sequel, or havnt had a sequel in a while.

1. Marvel vs capcom - Marvel vs capcom 1 was awesome, and i loved it. Later Marvel vs capcom 2 was a phenomenon. One of the best games i have played in my life. Not exagerating. It was so good, that i cant find the game at any game store anymore. Not one copy, not one used copy. That shows how good it was, and it deserves a third installment.

2. Conkers bad fur day - Everyone loved this game. Yea, maybe it was pretty dirty for its time, but nontheless everyone loved it. It did have its own sequel, conker reloaded on the xbox, but its been a long time since another sequel. It needs one.

3. Power Stone - Most of you probably dont know what this is. But google it, and the game alone is worth up to 100$ new. No joke. The reason being is that it is debateably the best game on the sega dreamcast. The gameplay and style is alot like super smash bros, and it just needs a sequel.

paper mario 4 (back to turned based)
i love paper mario

fall out 4 (there probably developing it right now and im jsut super slow)

a nice donkey kong consol game like donkey kong 64
too bad for the whole microsoft rare nintendo issue

Gladius, a niche title for the xbox / gc / ps2 that was a pretty good strategy RPG. The ending set up for a sequel that will never appear.

Beyond Good and Evil, we got a trailer...but ubisoft will probably be a bitch and never release it because they would rather release shovelware.

Rogue Squadron, we need a new one already. Just take out all the dumb ground missions and its guaranteed to be good.

Descent Freespace, we need more flight sims. And I miss killin dem vasudans and shivans.

And it would be good if the mother series was remade and localized for english speaking audiences, but it will never happen because NoA sucks balls.

Honestly these would be the worst possible games to get sequels.

1. The fallout franchise has been ass raped enough by bugthesda. I hope they leave it alone personally.

2. They either need to make a whole new series, or reinvent everything with the next RE game. The RE4 formula is getting old, and only diehard RE2 fans want the original formula.

3. Soul Calibur is just another fighting game. But I suppose it hasn't gotten much attention as of late.

I never got into tactics. It was too random for me. Kinda like the saga series. Vandal hearts was a good game of those types though.

Banjo-Tooie needs a spiritual sequel, I would die a happy man if I could run around in glorious 360 colours and collect jiggies the old fashioned way. Not to say I don't like N & Bs, I loved that game with its quirks and epic battle at the end. Also, Donkey Knog 64 though Nintendo would most likely rape it.

They are just going to milk the series on the DS, but waving around a Wiimote for the spells would be amusing.

I want a damn conclusion to the Megaman Legends series. It's obvious Inafune's still interested in Legends since he uses that series's Megaman in crossovers...

If you actually read my paragraph about marvel vs capcom, i said that marvel vs capcom 2 was aewsome. And that there needs to be a marvel vs capcom 3.

2. A true Mortal Kombat sequel, no more kiddy bullcrap.
3. Castlevania. A side scroller, obviously.
4. Duken Nukem. It's sequel has been on hold for nearly fifteen years.
5. LoZ: Link's addventure. Nintendo needs to get their heads straight and finally make a true sequel, and no more of this split timeline crap.

Zone of the Enders 2.
Because no other game made me feel so all-powerful, nor did have such a realistic "mech-piloting" feeling.
Was also a huge improvement on the first one.

Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.
When Mercenaries 2 came out, I was like "Where's my Corea? Where are the snow, the real communists, the soviet era vehicles?"
I was disappointed, and am still waiting for the true sequel to this nice game.
