Where The Wild Things Are. The visuals and the way how Max's personality is portrayed through the creatures was pretty new to me.
How about you?

It's not a recent movie, but I was watching last night.
Mel Gibson's: Apocalypto Link
Is really unique. I've not seen any movies that try and depict the same style or story line as this. It's quite unusual. But it is well worth a watch.

I need to see it again. I enjoyed it but didn't really know what to think of it. If that makes and sense...

I just saw The Butterfly Effect for the first time about a week ago and it was one of the most intresting and touching movies I'd ever seen. It was cool seeing how things would be changed in the present when he went back in his memories (don't worry I wont spoil anything).

I just watched V for Vendetta again, y'know, for the Fifth of November, and if you haven't seen it, it's a great movie.

Doesn't live up to its hype at all. Not at all.
But I think 'Where the Wild Things Are' was a great movie. Plus, that's the only movie I've seen lately.
