Winners have been decided for the Halloween Flash-Off!

Criteria included user votes and staff feedback, with additional consultation from Luis and TheBoogley.

I boosted the prize $$$ for 4th and 5th place and came up with additional bonus prizes based on the results.

Top Five Halloween Submissions ($1000, $750, $500, $300, $200)

Funny Award - $200

Funny Runner-Ups
