im sorry for kinda hijacking this thread, but could you briefly explain how you did the last walking animation on the video? Ive always wanted to try pencil animation like that, but i never found out how.

I didn't do the art here but have done a lot of pencil tests. What do you mean by "how"? You basically draw the character on a piece of paper and then put another on top and draw the next part of the movement. And so on and so forth. Then you string them all one after another and it looks like movement. Or did you mean how in some other way?
The character looks cool, nice job. As far as a character sheet, the image has too many fluctuations in size and shape to really be a traditional character model sheet (they are supposed to be very, very consistent), but it does provide some nice drawings of different expressions. Can't wait to see some more.
Excellent work so far! I'd like to see him a bit more proportional, or at least have movement limits set in. But then again, if you're going for more of a John Kricfalusi style, then you probably won't need much in model sheets.
