I been searching Newgrounds and have found a lot of flash video that were .80 even .60 scored. Shouldn't these be deleted? I understand If the people that control Newgrounds have to do it and they miss a few but im just woundering why so many that should be deleted arn't.

If a movie has a score over 1.60 when it reaches 200 votes, it won't be blammed no matter how low the score gets after that point. Only the person who submitted it or an administrator could delete it after that.

the blam thresholds only need to be met prior to 200 votes.
* 100 votes: 1.0 * 150 votes: 1.25 * 200 votes: 1.60
if after 200 votes it has a score above 1.60, it is permanently saved to the site, where there is no more score requirement.
