I've messaged almost every damn admin, no one ceases to respond when i ask if I can have certain songs deleted which I cannot delete myself.
So I have come here for suggestions and help if anyone is kind enough.

You can't delete songs which have a certain number of listens or which have been featured in a flash.
Sorry buddy, nothing you can do.

What the hell? What if I want my songs to not be presented on this website??? I have to have a choice, if not, then that would be a serious issue we're dealing with here.

Eh... i dunno about that.
When you publish your music here you're releasing it under the terms made very clear on the submissions page. If you later change your mind, that doesn't really affect the nature of that license.

Yeah, actually that does.
Personally I'm confused at how NG agreements are legal, without signing one piece of paper.

By clicking 'submit', which is still done by the end user, this end user agrees with the license.

Ok, let me take a moment and read up on the license to see if it says I can never have my music removed from this website under those circumstances.

I think if you get another license where you have to remove all your free music, you can just delete or close your account.
But I don't think you can remove individual songs under certain circumstances.

It's pretty much never worked in court. It' just a degree of protection. Anyway, that's besides the point.
OP: Just let the entries you don't want to use die. Unless you plan on selling exclusive rights to a track or something, don't worry about it.

Thats what I have been doing, but these entries are old and rather, a waste of space in this website's bandwith.

if they're old then they will not likely get many listens. No bandwith is wasted. If they are getting loads of attention then they make plenty through the ads on those songs to make up for it. You're not harming the site by keeping them. Now if you wanted them gone for other reasons sure, but taking up bandwith is not a good one.

You CAN have them removed, although I don't think the audio mods are able to do it, to my knowledge, you have to contact Wade or Tom to get a song removed from your profile. Don't quote me on that though.

Yes yes. I dont want them down because of bandwith or space. I want them down for my own personal reasons.

Your best bet would be to have Tom or Wade remove your audio. Of course, it would help to ask nicely but in the end you're totally justified to want your audio removed from NG, whatever the reason.
If you've messaged them already, then be patient and wait. They get loads of emails every day so it takes quite a while to browse through them.
