I've PM'd him before and he read mine, he reads em all. Whether he can answer the same day or not is different but he stil reads his PM's.
Maybe send a new one with a better message title ?

He's right, keep it simple and meaningful. No need for a huge paragraph to ask permission to use the API, Tom doesn't have time to read the fancy BS around a message :)
