Every week there are several cases involving minors. And 90% of them are being charged as adults. I think that's what it should be. Although, sending a 15 year old to an adult prison might not be a pretty thing. I'm not sure how that part works out. Are they sent to prison?

I hope so because he'll get exactly what he deserves in the prison shower. They don't take kindly to people who hurt children. I don't want the death penalty for him. I want life in prison for him.

I do as well. To molest a 4 year old is one thing. But to kill him after because you're afraid of the consequences of what you did, is just sick. I mean, it seems as if none of these people have any thought of the future. They do what they want and don't think of the consequences. And people are hurt and killed because of it. It's really sad.

Since this person is obviously gay, he will probably be popular in prison to be honest.
