Selling a short game for a hefty 50 euro, and giving your customers the impression that later they're adding new campaigns, modes, characters, weapons and more. Only to give it a new mode that's basicly an infinite panic mode, and a single 15 minute campaign that was scratched in the beta isn't what I call positive support.
Lol angry Europeans.
L4D isn't about a storyline that you follow, it's all about replayability. That's why the 4 campaigns are either loosely tied or unconnected. Campaigns are short so that you can play a round with your friends online in an hour or less and still be able to play that same round again and have fun.
I won't say L4D2 is what users were supposed to get when they bought L4D, but it certainly looks more like it than we currently have gotten for support. But oh well, turtle rock studios sucks anyway. They were also the guys who made condition zero which was basicly a reskin of counterstrike, and sold it under the impression that it contained spectacular improvements and extra content. We all know what became of that.
Yes, let's not give anyone a second chance, considering the pile of crap (which was highly praised and rated, and still is today) Turtle Rock released last year. Just because the sequel is coming out doesn't mean you have to buy it, or even like it. A virus isn't going to go into your computer and lock up L4D1 unless you buy 2.
L4D is just a hyped little game, probably because they spend half of their budget on marketing and the fact that it's being made on the 360.
Half their budget? The most L4D commercials I ever saw was 5, and that was on G4. L4D2 hasn't even had a commercial yet. Where are you getting this?
Anything that's a bit gory or action packed will get recieved well on the 360.
Anything worthwhile, with great gameplay, graphics, and has potential for a fanbase or mod community, will get received well on the 360.
Also, I'm sick of you and your boycott. Grow up and understand you can't control other people's opinions by not buying a game and complaining about it.
