If you actually read the damn thing, it doesn't sound like he intentionally stabbed his kid in the face. Still terrible, but not as incomprehensible.

Regardless, who stabs at their own wife/girlfriend/whoever while she's holding a baby? Must have been drunk, stupid or a combination of the two.
