I need to put a Flash animation on a DVD for a University project and I was wondering if anyone knew any good (free) programs to convert .swf to good quality video files. I've tries some screen capture programs, but they lag out quite a bit as the stage size for my animation is quite big (960x540). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try cutting the frame rate in half in the swf, record it, then speed it up in a video editor. That would be a solution to avoid lag.

Move on to ActionScript 3.0 already!

ha! That's a pretty nifty idea :)

However, another problem with the screen capture program I currently use (Moyea) is that it has a watermark on it and the full version costs loads...
