Medal-Games don't show medals

Hi,

Medals were working fine, but since one hour I can't see any unlocked nor any locked medals on ALL the medal-Games. I can still unlock them, but I can't see them on the page of that game.

What's wrong =S

The admins are doing some maintenance with the medals; just be patient.

Are you using classic mode? Switch the mode and see.
People not using classic are responding positively to this.
And psychogoldfish's post exactly corresponds to your complaints. You didn't read that. ;)

Yes, because it's too much trouble to constantly support multiple versions of the portal, classic view is going to stay 100% classic and get none of the new api features. After looking at our database we found less than 0.1% of our members even use it. And since those few fear change so much... we'll keep you safe from new stuff >_>

My Account > Portal Preferences

It'll take you here but why do you want to use it. The admins made it so the medals won't display when you are viewing that scheme.

If you are using an adblocker then you are going to have to disable it completely on any medal game page. That's some of the new changes that they made.

My adblocker is turned off, but it doesn't change anything :(

Thanks, I unblocked an it worked!
You just need to put an exception for newgrounds on your adblocker.

Um, you read that wrong.
"classic view is going to stay 100% classic and get none of the new api features."
No new features = no medal view. Switch FROM classic, to the new version.

Even on the new version it takes 2 seconds for it to recognize the layout and then show the medal bar under the game.
DO NOT use classic version. Clear? :D

add blocking apll turned off
clear cookies, clear cache
using new "in-play" style, not classic

and medals bar not showing.
Im getting medails, but missing that bar!
really dont know whats wrong, maybe czech still in maintance :D

Browser and version? Also do you have any other add-ons that might affect something like that i.e. No-script? Do you have any software that blocks ads like Kaspersky?

Same for me, I have IE8 with nothing, no popup/ad blocker........and no medar bar in games page......

Sadly I am having the same problem, but it is weird, Because some games will load the medal box, but other games will not. Using Firefox, no ad-block, nothing extra, in-page, and after a cleared cache and cookies.

yep me too. internet exlporer, donno which version. and already set to in-page, and no add blocking as far as i can tell (adds on the sides still show.. medals on the page dont).

Check and see if you don't have any third party software that might be blocking it. Some examples include you anti virus, anti-spyware, and firewall. If they are add an exception.

I dusted off my IE and checked and it worked for me. You guys should also try with another browser and see if that works.

If you are using an add-on like AdBlock Plus then just right click it and Disable for just that page or the entire domain.

I don't think ad-block has anything to do with anything. The admins, for some reason, had to remove the medal bar for a little bit. My guess is that they are either fixing something or they are implementing something new. We'll have to wait it out.

I cleared my cache+delete cookies.....it works for me.
