I don't see how thats inside a sewer. the walls look like it's filmed inside of something's body.

Aside from that, it would be taken out or examined already. It's most likely fake or a misleading title.

at first i though it was a fucked up colin... then i though it was a slug... then it pulsated... and i was like wtf?!? i have come to the conclusion that it is a fungus of some sort that is fast growing... and light sensitive... the fast that there are only 3 tells anyone that it needs to be in a crack or a basin away from direct flow of water for roots or to be able to cling to something else... definatly weird but... wow
