ok........im 16 and i dont know if i should start shaving or not xD i dont have much of a mustasch but its a little visable and as for my butt chin..........not to much also....

I started shaving at sixteen, but there were lads shaving younger than that in my school. Some people just end up with odd facial hair growing patterns, so an early shave is pretty much required, not only for social purposes (super important, like!), but for tactile ones. I remember when I was sixteen, I found my new found life buddies to be uncomfortable, and I'd be picking at them all day. Actually, I still do that.

I should've started shaving earlier, because a mark on my face (from chicken pox I think) makes some hairs grow far quicker than others. As a result, I end up with a collection of annoyingly long streaks, and in high school, people found them rather amusing. Fortunately, I did too, but that's not the point. I just started shaving at sixteen because I got a shaver for my sixteenth birthday. If it feels like a good time for you, go ahead and get stuck in, and feel the relief when you wash it all afterwards. That's my favourite part of the shave.

Maybe I should wash more often.

I think I started shaving around...14 was it? It's easier to just shave when you start to grow a beard. I will say that I have reached the age of 20 and I think I'm into the stage where I should just shave every day. I got a new razor and it works great too.

Mr OP you're probably a late bloomer, but its a bit obvious that you start shaving facial hair, when you start growing facial hair. Depends on the person, for some reason asian people develop facial hair earlier, and I'm not even being funny that is a fact, I know people from high school who came into year 7 at 11 years old with a broken voice and a moustache. Generally most guys dont develop facial hair untill they are 16/17?
I only started shaving regularly when I was 17 and I still dont have a full blown beard at 18, but if it's not worth showing off then keep it shaved untill it is. That's my advice.

Dirt lips are nasty, you don't want to be the kid with a dirt lip. if you've got any kind hair growing on your face, be it peach fuzz or a light dusting of coarse darker hairs you should start shaving it. Until you can grow an actual beard you'll just look like more of the pubescent teen you are.

I had to start shaving when I was 14. I had a lot of facial hair. It wasn't just a little peach fuzz or a mustache. I'm talking like I had a full beard and neck stubble going.

Those first few times with a razor were hell. It burned so bad and I itched horribly.
