Night vision with these implants?

If eye surgery and corneal implants will give you night vision PLUS super 100/100+ vision, but your eyes ended up looking like this (no contacts allowed), would you get the surgery?

Well if a bunch of other people did it before me and did not see trouble with there eye's down the road then, yes I would. I would just wear those contacts over them to make them look different. Also I would rather have eyeshine like riddick.

Riddik's eyeshine was indeed science fiction, but it is closer to possibility than having retarded cat eyes is.

Animals who can see well in the dark (using their eyes) have a highly-reflective layer in the back of the eye which basically causes the light which passes through the eye to register twice. (once on the way in, and again on the way out)

I feel like only wealthy people would be able to get that type of surgery, so eventually having those weird eyes would become a status-symbol.
