So I have to live with someone who just got the swine flu. I wear a face mask all day because she doesn't think its contagious anymore but the doctor has her on a lot of meds. What do you do to avoid the diseased?

I actually think I might have caught it. If I don't get better in the next few days I'm going to the doctor...
So yeah, I obviously fail at avoiding the diseased.

i work in a target store, where i handle the carts almost the entire time while im there, or im working on the register handling money, 2 of the most germ infested things. so i live my life normally

The funny thing is, more people die in a month from normal flu. Swine flu really isn't that bad. Sure, you feel like you're gonna die for a few days... But remember; there isn't much of a chance you'll die unless you don't believe in yourself to live, and you really are that weak.

I've gotten sick twice these past two months, i've had no fever or headaches or other signs of the swine flu so im guessing i havent got it.
i dont really do much, i was gonna get the vaccine but to be honest it doesnt really matter to me much at this point

i might get the vaccine if my university gets more.

Pft, I didn't take it seriously (just figured it was a hyped version of the reg flu) So I didn't take any precautions and man was that a horrible mistake......
Sanitize your hands, wash them regularly, the face mask is a pretty decent idea, basically keep you and your environment sanitized constantly. Sure it might be difficult around someone else who has it but better safe than sorry. ......... You could always just lock yourself up in your bedroom and never leave..... haha.
Meh... Just an idea.

Try to stay away from her, and leave the house as often as possible. Lots of cases around where I live right now, pretty scary stuff.

I've stayed safe from the disease completely I don't even know anybody who has it. When they release a vaccine, I won't get it. (I have a serious fear of needles :P)
