I installed OpenSUSE a long time ago, and now it is taking up to much space, can anyone tell me how to uninstall it. I have forgotten my admin pass, so I can't access YaST

You can get gparted and clear the partition assuming that OpenSUSE is partitioned on the drive.

Yes, that'll remove that space, but don't expand your XP partition. gParted tends to corrupt data on NTFS when expanding. Make sure you back up anything important before you do this too.

I'd suggest making the Linux partition into FAT32 or NTFS so XP can access it as a separate drive.
