So aside from Halloween being my favorite holiday, It has many other advantages. Pumpkins! You get to carve up some sweet pumpkins and it's fun to rip out there guts. Then you get to cook the seeds.
With some olive oil and salt they taste excellent. It's a pain in the ass separating them from the guts but they make for a great snack.
Anyone else enjoy them?

Not really, the look of them and the the annoyance of pulling them out of a pumpkin prevent me from enjoying them much.

I had a beagle that used to love eating the raw pumpkin pieces that I would carve out. Apparently it's quite good for them.

I have never in my life ate pumpkin seeds.
As a matter of fact I can remember all the times my dad told me not to eat them.
Every word you read of this useless fine print is another second off your life.
