a remake of sonic and knuckles would be nice

I'd love to see a 3D version of the Golden Sun series. I think that game could work really well in 3D with a graphical update and a bit of expansion.

They could update it to Twilight Princess graphics and add a few elements from that game. The fighting on horseback for example would be a very nice addition. Also adding the sword skills would be great. Along with expanding some other things like dungeons and a new big sidequest, I think it could become something that satisfies most fans.

They've already updated it with the Master's Quest Version of the game.

Hmm... they made a Super Mario Bros 1 and 3 remake, what about the Legend of Zelda 1[not 2 cause it sucks] the Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask?

Seriously, I think that Morrowind deserves a re-make, with even better graphics/physics than Oblivion, the world should be expanded, and the combat system should match Oblivion's.

Here's an idea that most of you won't agree, but hey it could work for the better. What if they make a remake to the CD-i Zelda games, only this time they should fix the broken gameplay and controls, and probably have a new art direction, but keep the cheesiness of the cut-scenes that was what the games were infamous for.

I don't know about road rash but both marathon and Altered Beast are on xbox live now.

IF it was something that did not reveal much of a story it would have to be like one of those games from the 80's and 90's since Not to many have to read the story or plot on the side of the cabinet or Back of the box it would just be left towards the imagination through other gamers. So no I don't want a remake.

Don't remake an alright 2d game into a godawful 3d nostalgia piece for fuck's sake. Just make a sequel and make it look really nice.

I think that Sega are working on something called, "project needlemouse." I believe it's supposed to be reminiscent of the early Sonic games, I guess you could class that as a remake...

The sprite styles in Golden Sun pretty much make it seem 3D anyway, and Golden Sun 3 will show us how the series would be in 3D (it looks fine, all that's different is that the things are 3D and not 2D).

Like I say in every one of the many "what needs a remake" threads with near identical titles, Metroid 2. It's too hard to get a solid copy of one and its controls were pretty much a middle ground between Metroid and Super Metroid, so updating it would be great. They may even add some areas and more bosses.
