I don't drink them too often. Awhile ago I went on a Dr. Pepper binge because I became so addicted to it but it ended as fast as it began. I have one maybe one to three times a week. I normally drink tea, water, or some time of fruit juice.
I've also heard that the only way to recover your body after drinking a soda and having no bad effects from the soda is to drink a glass of water afterwords. Now who's going to drink a soda and then turn around and drink a full glass of water?
I believe it's the sodium content in the soda that makes it bad as well as the HFC.
