My best friend since third grade has joined the Marines recently. I should have know because I predicted this happening in third grade. I can see why he went though... No job, parents actually told him the only reason they adopted him was for work, he had no intention of continuing education. I can't bare it if he gets killed. But this is his choice. I pray to God he'll come back unharmed. And if he is killed I will not stop until any terrorist supporter dies a dreadful death by my hands.

I didn't join the Marine Corps because I had no other option. In fact, I'm not sure why I did it...it was just something I had to do. A normal life isn't enough :( After the stresses of a military lifestyle, however, living the civilian life again will be that much easier.

Goodluck, go bust some terrorist ass, and make it back in one piece to tell us the stories.

It takes some EXTREME balls to willingly sign up for that, and while it may not mean much, you've got my respect, bro.
