Most people have those simple paint balls in a cup dropping down int barrel shit.
I have dual paint bullet uzis at 350 psi with proper clips , i just go picos unloaded on those mutha fuckas , shoot one of theirs then use as a human shield :)
By far the best technique is run in guns a blazing then stop and drop into some tall grass, people will be disorientated and then my paint ninjas can come in with thier one use paint swords and own them then my snipers shoot for the hands and i get back up and flood them with paint
