ya know cuz i dont really wanna spend ANYTHING on making a flash, i mean ur not gettin anything out of it besides a 75% chance of BLAM! i thought about makin a flash cartoon but now that i know u gotta spend $$ (Im REALLY poor, though i can make it) i dont really wanna do it now. 2 bad....

You can buy flash with a student discount for like 100 bucks.. the usual price of it is around 400 or so. but like the others said im sure u can find it cheaper off of ebay...good luck!

programs come on discs sometimes. And Im afraid that if you dont look on eBay, the smallest cost you can purchase it for (that I'm aware of) is $100.

I acually saw in another forum that there is another very bad flash program wich is horrible and you probally shoudlnt use but.. on account macromedia does make flash player..your pretty much limited to macromedia flash. i hope it all works out for ya.

Umm i dont know exactly.

There could be scams... My friend bought some shoes off eBay, and they were worse than the real ones. They were terribly made and literally fell apart within weeks of use.

On the other side, I have bought many things off eBay, and have yet to be upset.

Im guessing that a lot of people will bid on that item at the very end of the alotted time, (which is what people do on ebay... bid right as the item runs out of time), or there might be a reserve price. The reserve price is a price that has to be exceeded for the item to be bidded off.

So if the reserve is $100, and you bid $20, you wont get it because it didnt get past $100.

I don't really know. I got mine for free becuase my cousin gave me it for free but the suckiest part that I got the spanish version But no worries for me I know how to read spanish!
