Rather mean way to put it, but it's true. Grab a pencil and start drawing every day objects. Pay extra attention to lighting and shadows cast on these objects.
Maybe that'll help you improve.

Instead of using MS Paint, get Gimp 2.6 its free, it's pretty much the same as Ps CS3 & shall get you some extra coverage of your lines, colours, tones & lighting.

Frankly there isn't much to give criticism on, its a box with a face in it. The only thing people can really say is draw better. Grab a pencil, grab a paper, put 2 and 2 together, and draw. I don't like it when people label their skill with their age, age has little to do with it.

Well, not to shamelessly whore myself, but I made this when I was 13. I thought it was really good at the time, and granted, it's not bad, but it's not the best either. The point of this is that age isn't really relevant to art skill - it depends on how long you've been doing it, whether you've got a knack for it, and other factors.. Just keep practicing, everyone has to start somewhere.

age doesn't matter, It all depends on how much youve practiced or how long you have been drawing, and how much effort you put into it
