so i was looking at the fallout 3 dlcs and saw broken steel and decided to buy it and go as far as information submission before i got out of it but umm it was set to auto submission so once u proceed to checkout it just buys it auto....

SO yea if he finds out hes gonna kill me....

Quite a few online services that have things that you pay for and directly download, such as Steam, Xbox Live Marketplace, Playstation Network, or iTunes, there's an option to save with the credit card information you used before.

If someone else bought your stuff before, or at least paid for it, and you forgot to take it off, you can still find that they're still paying for your stuff.

Happened to me when I forgot to take my Dad's credit card off of my iTunes. He called me later and told me about it, so I changed the info to my debit card, and I'm gonna pay him the money I owe him next time I visit.
