What do you, NG, think is the best online system (like GFW + Xbox Live, PSN, or Steam)? I personally like Steam, because of the servers feature and groups, but I have to say that Xbox Live is really good (minus the fact it has a subscription). Also, if anyone mentions the Wii's online as the best, you can just get a life.
Seriously, who the f*** invented a 16-digit code for Wii to Wii, then another 12 digit code that is different in every game. If Wii 2 is really coming out in 2010, then Nintendo better give us better online.

I'm a sony fan, but I've got to say, X-box 360 has the best online for gaming. (though ps3 has the best online internet.)

Dont the developers or publishers provide the servers and not the game console. Ex Bad Company servers are through Dice, EA not Microsoft. If so I would have to say Dice/EA is the best servers ive ever been on

Xbox Live is the best hands down. It's seamless, heavily updated, highly highly highly popular, and links the whole Xbox community together with parties and other stuff like that.
I love XBL.

Haven't used the Xbox 360 before, so i can't say it's better or not compared to the PS3, but I have to say the PS3 does have a pretty go online service, just as my point of view.
All bow down to the great one!!!

My vote is going for the 360. Second would be PSN.

Any PC system beats any console hands-down. It's so much of a difference, it's unfair really.
On the console side though, I'd have to go Xbox Live, PSN and last (and most definitely least) Nintendo WFC.
After struggling for ages with the horrid Wii online, recently getting into PC gaming and the ease of connecting online has been, to say the least, refreshing.

As opposed to offline internet? =p
I would have to say the PC is the best system for internet. When it comes to online gaming usually PC has the upper hand bit it depends in some cases. If you want to play with some friends from school or want your family or girlfriend to play a long with you, than PC isn't really the way to go. It's also not good for games that have peripherals like Rock Band, Tony Hawk: Ride, etc. At least not in my opinion.
To each there own I guess. Unless it is the Wii online. It's terrible.

Wouldn't it be a given not to even mention that.

I would say Steam or LIVE are the best services for online gaming. I don't have a gaming PC, so Steam is pretty useless for me. Still, I appreciate that it is a great service.
