I made something half Decent???

You just don't get how things work in the forum do you?
I would suggest you make ONE thread. And then keep all of your images in that one.

it seems a little too simple to me, maybe add some sort of background, some birds or something like that and also some shading might make it look all that much sweeter :)

thanks. i dont have a scanner though... i got it scanned at my dads work, but i cant do that all the time........... i will add more to it soon, then hopefully get it up on this thread... thanks for critiquing!!!!

ps: here is another thing i made... i drew this in class 1 time when i got bored........ just a doodle on graph paper:D

I can tell that you have what I call a steady hand. If I were you, I'd try to spend a lot of time on just one picture. Doing this could get you really big results.

From what I see, it looks like you have some potential, but you're just using it up on smaller and less detailed drawings. I bet that if you were to spend around 3 to 4 hours on one drawing, you could probably create something quite nice. I would say aim big, because simple doodles are all over the place in this forum. If you want to stand out, you need something that's better.

I'm telling you this because it looks to me like you can pull it off if you really give it a try. Anyways, keep the practicing up!

im gunna take what u said and make a big bonsai tree for newgrounds!!!!!! hopefully it should be up in like a month, because i dont have a scanner..... i scanned these pics at my dads work.

im currently working on a big bonsai tree. almost done:) just a bit more shading, then scanning it at my dads work... probably a few days til its up...

it was an awesome detailed drawing of a bonsai tree i said i would upload. i couldnt find how to convert a pdf to a jpg, so abandoned it... here, ill try again rite now....

It it's in a pdf, usually the program that made the pdf can convert it to a jpeg. What program did you use?

But they could use more definition in shadows, and maybe some colors to make it more presentable.

i will add sum more detail and shadow, as well as curve lines, to my nxt peice... i will probably be taking city art classes to improve my stuff!!!!!
