Yesterday I posted a topic about the internet not working on my laptop correctly. This problem persists. My internet goes away after a few minutes after startup of the lappy, It runs windows 7.

I think it deletes your IP, I wouldn't do it.

Get better internet service. Maybe check the wireless card or the adapter if you have one. Get a better router. I don't know really.

It refreshes your IP. It's fine to do.

Yep, "ipconfig -release" does what it says. It releases the local IP assigned to you by your router. "ipconfig -renew" gives you a new address/refreshes the old one.
Do -release first, followed by -renew.

Hmm my computer just told me the DNS server is not responding, anyone know how to fix that?

Unplug router for 5 seconds, plug back in. If i doesn't fix it try again.
