I'm thinking of buying it on PSN and I loved CB1 and 2 on the PS1 but i've never played 3.
So is it as good as 1 and 2 or as shit as the new CB games?

Yes, Crash 3 was fun. I think it was the last decent one in the series if I remember correctly. It was all downhill after that.

crash 3 is the finest in the series, after that it went crap. the only ones you should have are 1-3, but 3 is the most essential.

I loved playing Crash 3 so much. Brilliant game, and that last boss fighting with the masks fighting each other around you, very nice fight, and nice music to.

It's one of my favourite childhood games, so I would strongly suggest buying it. You should also consider buying the first three Spyro games.

It really is the best of the Crash series, if you exclude CTR that is. CTR is better than any of the platforming ones.

The first three Crash games, (CTR was good, but not essential for any PS1 player) and the first three Spyro games are mandatory for anyone with a Playstation 1.

CTR is the best spin off ever made
Crash 1, 2, 3 and CTR are all great games that is a must for every PS1 gamers. the reason the series went downhill after CTR is becuase every game after that is not made by Naughty Dog...

I never knew that the newer Carash Bandicoot games got so much shit. So, I guess they have a parallell history with the Spyro games then?

I've played all the Crash games and I guarantee that Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped is the best. After that game they all turned to shit.
