Well since halloween is tommarow what is your favorite Halloween level in video games. For example my favorite is probably the Shadow ( or was it spirit?) Temple in OOT because of the creepy music or Luigi's Mansion because it's a perfect game to play on halloween. It also doesn't have to be a certain level in a game it can also be the game itself like Resident Evil. So what's your favorite and why?

Do infection-type games in Halo 3 count? Fun how a player-created game eventually became an actual game type online and whatever.
There were even zombie-based maps of extra barricades and even some Sandbox/Foundry maps that use objects to make 'haunted houses/shelters' and all that.

Wait, are we talking about scary or Halloween-y games? Imo, there's a difference.
I'd have to go with either Psychonauts, which has that whimsical, yet somewhat dark, feel to it, or Grim Fandango, which is basically inspired by the Mexican version of Halloween (as far as i know), The Day of the Dead.
Yes, I love Tim Schafer.

I really have never been interested in playing games with a Halloween type feel to them.

And/or the Resident Evil series.
There is no such thing as someone who doesn't like the PS3, there is only poor people who can't afford one. PS3 owners pity you and hope you can one day get out of poverty.

I'm going to get all my horror games out tomorrow.
So...that's two. And they aren't that scary because if I beat a horror game they aren't scary. I'm a total pussy when it comes to horror games that I will barely play the game.
Then I'm going to drink enough caffeine to get me all paranoid and jittery. Play them at 2AM, lights off and occasionally open a screamer on my PC. I'm feeling like cardio arrest.
Or just do what I do every year. Watch a horror movie with relies on jump scares and tell trick or treaters to piss off back to America.

World Of Warcraft is pretty festive and fun, but just about any other MMORPG including Neopets is that way.
