You can cut dudes in half with it.

Like, completely separate their torso from their lower body in a fountain of blood. Sometimes, they would break down and soil themselves just a split second before you half them.

You can do that in MadWorld with a regular chainsaw, double chainsaw, katana, dual daggers, or your bare hands.

Then you can curb-stomp the head of the still-living torso. Or, in the case of some mini-bosses, you can cut off their head and jam it on another guy's head.

Yeah, but Madworld's violence is more stylized and cartoony.

Shadow of Rome was both pretty graphically impressive for its time, and fairly realistic.

Although I'm pretty sure Mark Anthony wasn't a pyromaniac.

I saw a few pictures from the game "Prey" which were pretty gory...but that was ages ago, Postal 2 is where dat shyts at

I hated the game, but liked the gore in it, I think it made me just a little bit more violent

Prototype was a huge blood bath, whenever you unleashed the tentacle devastator you know you were gonna see some shit blow up and people get split open.

Yeah, not the three goriest games ever, but they've got some messed up crap. For example: in Gun, one guy cuts off another guy's ear! That is the moment you know you've gotten your money's worth!

The Suffering was extremely gory in terms of how much blood there really was, but Manhunt offered gory and unique ways to murder people.

I don't own that many gory games, so I could say Ninja Gaiden 2, because enemies lose at least 15 gallons of blood per kill

manhunt 2 was ridiculously gorey....
