3 years ago I was banned from the audio portal by an audio mod mistakenly thinking I stole a song, when I simplly just made it off fl studio. I didn't give a crap since then, but a month after that I talked to Wade. His reaction was
"We've got to fix that shit"

I waited for myself to get unbanned, never did. My reaction soon became a "Meh" type of deal. Now I made a pretty good song and went to go submit it 4 days ago, never worked (still banned), so I pm'd Wade and he never replied.

Fuck that mod I'll tell you that much. There has got to be someone more responsive that can help.

Also, belligerency has a very poor track record in this forum. The users don't respond well, the mods don't respond well, and it makes you look like a giant cock. At least once a week someone shows up asking why they were banned, and I bet 75% of them would claim it was a mistake.

you can try Tom - but really - as far as power goes- Wade really is the top. It simply isn't in the system at the moment to unban existing users - just make a new account and submit your song through that - noone here knows your username anyways so you're not really losing out by doing so.

Grind29, if you come here for help, acting like a total asshole isn't going to help. If you got banned by mistake, well yeah, too bad, those things happen. Did you fill in your author comments explaining what you made it with? That usually helps mods decide whether or not something is original.

As said Audio bans are permanent. Wade has better things to do than unban everyone who thinks he/she got banned wrongly, as most of them probably broke the rules anyway. If you want, you can read up a bit on the rules on here. Perhaps that can make you reconsider whether or not you broke the rules so long ago.

For now, all I can suggest is to make a new account, if you want to submit your music that badly.

now, it is generally accepted that it is impossible to get unbanned, wade fulp, the only mod who deals with this gets hundreds of un ban requests a day, and generally doesn't care. he posted a belligerant thread where he told these people to effectively "fuck off and stop messaging him"

your best bet is to think of a cool artist name/hook, and create a new account, specifically for music. design it all cool, make it fan friendly, and link to it from your newgrounds account. its a bit of extra effort, but if you wanna get serious about music, this is a good route to go.

With all due respect to the founders and admins, does Wade even have the knowledge necessary to KNOW when a song is against the rules or not.

thank you for posting in this thread without being a giant cock about it. i was also banned(at the time i thought it was for no reason, but upon reading the rules properly realized that it wasn't[i had used loops].) so i ended up making this account. i'm sure the OP isn't the only one that wishes that they could be un-banned, as i myself wish this, but it can't happen currently. maybe in the future, just keep hoping.

OP, you really don't seem to give another impression than you want to pick a fight here. Bans are permanent, and if wade was gonna lift it, it's very much possible he forgot about it - or just didn't know if your stuff was legit or not. he knows a great deal about audio, but obviously not as much as us audiomods who actually live with music every day. from your above description it sounde like you took one or two loops and tossed them together, calling it your own work. I would call that "DUPLO"-work - just buildingblocks tossed together without effort.
i may be wrong, and since the case is many years old, i really dont care either.

point is that if you want to get unbanned, you don't dance in and virtually look for a fight, the way you've acted in this thread is called "flamebaiting" - trying to get other pepole to flame you and/or others, stirring shit up baasically - and it's a bannable offence in itself.
