Look at how many miles each one has on it. Gas mileage is also very important. Aside from that, just get the cheapest.

Seeing as Rover is owned by a Chinese company, and collapsed in early 2005 (or was it '06), I wouldn't touch a Rover. Plus, they're meant to be pretty unreliable, and low quality too. I wouldn't go for a Corsa, due to the fact I dislike Vauxhall. Look for a second hand car that's at a good price. Pick something that's reliable and economical as well.

Personally, I'm a Ford fan, so I would suggest a Fiesta or maybe a Ford Ka.

Bicycle is pretty much a cheap but effective way of getting around. You should roll with that instead of a car.

Well, I'm going to take this chance to let you know the picture of the Corsa is an old model Corsa. I have been in one of those, and believe me, it's not an experience I want to relive. They're cramped, and they don't feel very well made. I'd pass on a Corsa. I still think a Ford Ka or Fiesta would be your best option. Even an old Escort would be good enough. Or, a Ford Pinto.

The Pinto would be awesome unless you were rammed in the rear.
