Pokemon Manga I'm making!

Hi, I'm making a Pokemon Comic/Manga, I'm not that good at drawing, but I hope that it will be good. It is called 'Pokemon Aura Squad'. I'm not saying much now, but it's about 3 pokemon who are on a quest to stop evil with their powers of AURA! I know I'm a geek for making it. But I need some ideas, anything is good now. I'm starting character designs and stuff now. i have just made a draft about the characters adopted Grandfather called Grandpa. Please help me and send useful ideas!

well....
first I would tell you to make character reference sheets for all your major characters you have lined up. Or at least for all the ones you have thought up right now.

Next you need a solid script. Honestly, even comics with bad art and great story can make it. it's tough but it can make it. Make sure your story is really well done, have actual gags not just a cock joke every 5 seconds.

After that try drawing some single frame panels to get the feel for drawing a comic.

Lastly have fun with it.

Okay, The characters are Reiki the Lucario, Gardevoir and Hercross. I can't think of names to give Gardevoir and Heracross. Gardevoir mostly specilizes in defence and Heracross is pretty bad at the power of aura. Reiki is going to be skux at his power. He is sort of like Goku from dragonball. I don't plan on putting 'cock jokes' in it at all. Even though they are pretty funny.

I'm not saying you can't have some funny sexual innuendo, just don't flood the comic with it.
As for your pokemon's names. Were they Previously owned by trainers? if so then have some fun with the nicknames. if not then you can still have fun, just more serious fun.

I've decided to name Gardevoir Rose and Heracross Hood.

Hmm... well that's basically Blastoise with no eyes, a beard, and he's holding an extension of his toe in his hand. And why is it called Grandpa? That's not a very pokemon like name.

I reckon you should try and be a bit more creative with your characters and try a bit harder. You shouldn't use pokemon as your theme but should make your own pokemon like characters that are perhaps drawn in the same style or in a similar way that pokemon are...

Grandpa is a Blastoise and he raises Reiki, Hood and Rose. More will be reveiled once I start making the Comic. I'll probably start next week as i'm doing school exams at the moment.
P.S it's a walking stick, I just drew it by his foot ...

Well I still recomend that you rethink the pokemon theme, I don't think many people will be too interested. And you should draw the whole walking stick then instead of making it turn into his foot.
