I haven't watched twilight or read it or anything, but what I really hate most about it is its following. I'm sick of 13 year old girls getting wet over Edward Cullen. Now there's the whole fucking 'team edward'/'team Jacob' bullshit.
What's also annoying is all the spinoffs people are doing because they can see how popular it is. like...all these TV shows, and obviously replicated books. it's just pitiful.

The first book in the Twilight series was published in 2005. The first book of the The Vampire Diaries series was published in 1991.
Twilight is knock-off of The Vampire Diaries, not the other way around.

Well it's only 0.4 stars less. I actually quite enjoyed the first one, I'd hand it a 7/10. But I'm not saying it's the best movie ever, but people are hating it too much, and most of them probably haven't seen it. In my opinion that is.

Well, it's a bunch of pretty damn rabid fanhaters zero bombing the movie, while the fans of the movie are generally not the type inclined to get accounts anywhere where their precious movies and books could possibly get bashed, so it looks like it'll just keep dropping.

My friends always try to use Twilight to pick up girls at the library. They did it about the time the last movie came out and tried to find hot, nerdy ones to see if it would happen.
Needless to say, it actually works. It's pretty amazing how stupid Twilight fans are. Just so long as you don't get a batshit fanatic who hates the movies because they're ruining the universe.
