Is eating sugar itself a good meal replacement? I would like to think so.
It makes you energized, almost like a energy drink and you get pumped after after eating a few bags of awesome refined sugar.
I would also like to say that I love to mix different kinds of sugar, making terrific meals to start the day. (Like sugar cane, brown sugar, powdered sugar, white sugar, etc...)
I've been eating sugar for a whole week and I just love it, I feel my heart is straining a bit, but it feels great that my heart is working TWICE as hard for me, in my eyes that is IMPROVEMENT.
I also feel that my heart sometimes stop, it actually happens a few times but I quickly fixed that with drinking a glass of water filled with 5 cups of sugar. My heart couldn't be happier for me. It actually gave a jolt of energy and I was bursting with joy.
Sometimes my friends would come over and ask if I was alright, but I told them I was GREAT. Eating sugar is making me live a long life, and I appreciate the sugar and its benefits.
Simply said, I love sugar.
