I want Donkey Kong

And I want it for Gameboy. I had and played it for the NES for a while, but my NES was borrowed rendering my NES version of D.K. useless. Now I want it for Gameboy. Should I get the newer game Donkey Kong Land or the original?

Also please no arguments about DKC being a ripoff and Nintendo not promising a true DK game, etc: I want a fresh honest opinion about Donkey Kong Country being better or not, quality and content-wise.

I never played the original, but DKC for the gameboy is great if you don't mind the small screen.

They're two different games. The Gameboy one is called Donkey Kong Land. Which has the quality of Donkey Kong Country, but it's in black and white.
