I was believing it only because I don't think anyone knows how to actually spell his name, and that looked like they did it. Also, I find it weird that he is like the governor, I feel like it was all some big joke because I'm pretty sure he only won because people wanted him to be governor because he was a widely known actor and shit. But, without his real signature, anyone could have just created this letter in wordpad and printed it out and signed it "The Pope Himself" with a picture of goatse on the back or something, with an arm sticking out of the guys ass shooting the bird.

knowing that the reader could very easily spot such messages.

Messages encrypted in such a way are not an effective means by which to communicate
your feelings towards a group or the general reader.

Did you know that president Bush probably could never have thought of such a clever and

That is truly excellent if Schwarzenegger actually wrote the paragraph, but I feel like this task is usually left to an aide to do.

So unless he asked his aide to have "Fuck You" hidden in the message, this note is likely the brainchild of some right-hand-man to Schwarzenegger.

Also, I just want to point out the time it must have taken to create a note like this. Not only does the message make perfect sense, but the length of each line is perfectly aligned with the rest.
