I read that I needed at least 4 art submissions to be able to get scouted. Someone is attempting to scout me but they say that NG is telling them I still don't have 4 pieces. I have 9. Does anyone know anything that might help this confusion?

You need to have at least 4 works of art which you mark as able to be viewed in the art portal, there's a check box you need to click in order to show it in the art portal when you edit or submit a new piece of work.
