I remember seeing an animationa while ago, it was called how it all ends, or something along those lines, I've tried searching for it on google and newgrounds but it's not here.
I remember most of it, at one point there was this guy taking a crap into a large water silo, and at the end he's on a desert island with a picture on his own, and dolphins start coming up.
Does anyone remember its name
