Well, a few days ago, I installed an update to my computer, and now when I start it up (I have vista) It comes up with a screen asking me to start up normally or use startup repair. If I choose start up normally, it gets onto the loading bar and then the processor stops, and if I do startup repair it gets past the "loading files" part and the loading bar but the processor stops again on a blank screen. Anyone know what I can do? Please only helpful answers and incase anyone asks, I'm writing this on my iPod touch

I just tried booting Linux from a disk and that worked fine, but vista still dosent work
