Bullshit. The average height for a roman at that time was about 4' 8''. Julius Caesar was somewhere around six feet and he was seen as a giant. Jesus wasn't roman, but I seriously doubt that he was very tall. Historians can't even agree on whether or not he existed.

Well medically tall people will put more strain on there heart because of longer legs and body so more blood has to be pumped further. If you keep healthy and dont push it too hard you should be fine.
