I tried google, haven't been able to find any free ones. Findsounds.org, sounddogs etc. Audiosparx has a great one but you have to pay for it. If anyone can find sounds of a tank in motion or if anyone knows how to produce sounds, please respond to this topic. Thanks in advance.

take a car-sound and try to pitch it down a few %. you'll want some squeeking to make it more realistic too, that shouldn't be too hard to find somewhere. then when you got the squeeking, prepare the sample by highpassing everything below say at least 400Hz, and mix it in with the "tank sound". make sure the squeeking is at an appropriate level compared with the "tank sound".
