The Supermutants in Vault 87 were scarier in my opinion...as well as the Trogs in the Pitt, Deathclaws are only scary when they sneek up on you.

I never saw my first deathclaw. I was limping up a hillside somewhere in the northwest wasteland, when I hear the sound of flesh hitting dirt footsteps. Then, I die. It T-boned me without giving me a chance.

i tend to fear what could happen in a ganondorf fight when i fight him for the first time in every game

Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess coming in to that room to see him playing the organ it was pretty weird but then things got crazy after that.

after knowing what happened there in Twilight princess i expected more of the same crazy stunts out of ganondorf and when he took over zeldas body i knew this would be another crazy ganondorf fight

ganondorf fights are so unpredictable you almost fear what he could wind up doing you never know what tricks he will throw your way when your playing a game for the first time that has him in it

heck even the ganondorf in super smash bros gives me trouble im pretty good but ganondorf users for some reason give me trouble

oh damn, Scarabs from The Conduit, i almost crapped myself when i first saw one bust through a wall with his huge ass Hive Gun. i died 42 seconds later.

Regenerators and Iron Maidens from Resident Evil 4 creep me out, especially since you have to take them our with a long range zoom weapon usually in small corridors. The first one you encounter is before you even get the correct scope too....

I was afraid of the first one is saw, because the first thing i did was shooting my entire Shotgun ammo, but after my 2nd or 3rd? playthrough of the game, I bought the chicago typewriter, and it was the dumbest gun in the game, it ruined the game for me. Every thing died in like 2 seconds, I didn't even need the scope to kill regenerator, as the spray from the gun killed all of the shit inside them.

The first time I saw a loper from return to to castle wolfenstein, i shat my pants.
but it was probably the setting, i didnt even realize it was there until i heard a loud grunt and realized im nearly dead.

Majority of the enemies in Demon's Souls since they can easily kill you in very few hits.

Oh god the first time I missed my headshot with it thinking it was a fairly easy enemy. I panicked when it ran away then it snuck behind me

Then the second one went around my bottlecap mine. But when i finished Mothership Zeta, The Pitt, Point lookout and anchorage; they're pretty easy now.

My scariest is the Regenerator from Resident Evil 4 and the other form of the regenerator ( the Iron Maiden) which is later on the page. The reason i think this is because of the eerie music and the deep breathing of the enemy. It's fucking creepy.

As stupid as it sounds, the barnacles from Half Life (and Half Life 2). I guess it all started a few months back when I was playing Half Life Source for the first time, and suddenly one randomly appears above me. I almost literally shat myself, and quite literally jumped out of my seat.
Since then, whenever I'm playing Half Life 2 (Or Garry's Mod) I always shudder when I see one, or absolutely shit myself if I see a random, dangling green rope.
