Did you know that the Bundeswehr (German for "Federal Defense Force"; comprises the unified armed forces of Germany and their civil administration and procurement authorities. The States of Germany are not allowed to maintain armed forces of their own, since the Constitution determines that matters of defense fall into the sole responsibility of the Federal government

Canada has a bit of a Navy. I mean, compared to the States, or Britain or such its pretty pathetic, but its not utterly horrible compared to some nations...
Also... is German's army unionized? I heard that somewhere, and wondered if it was true.

Germany actually has some limits as to how big of an army they can keep at one time... After instigating both world wars, the rest of us just don't trust them anymore...

China and the USSR bought rights for that, then the USSR collapsed, when they come back together (if they do) then the two places can finally release WWIII, which will be w thrill to watch! But I am disappointed that Germany lost rights to publish it...
