It's incredibly sad news. "Pimp's Quest" was probably our most well-known collaboration (we even hosted a party at our house when it got one million views), but we worked together on so much more than that. Not just Flash, either...he was an incredibly talented man in so many other creative realms. I watched him make movies. I watched him shred guitar at lightning speed. I watched him do theater. I read his screenplay outlines. I watched him announce at wrestling events. You get the idea. We'll all miss his unique perspectives, and infectious energy when discussing his latest artistic ideas.
I'm sad that he is gone at such a young age; he had so much great art in him.
And "Pimp's Quest" was originally his idea...he said we should make an adventure game together, but we weren't sure of the subject at first. We even thought about making an adventure game about a cannibal. We were on our way to a party (or back from a party?) and were listening to an album called "Pornosonic" (70's porn movie music) in the car. He heard the wah-wah and went, "Let's make the game about a pimp!".
Miss you man.
