I've never knew him but losing a member of NG is like losing a family member. Especially if he contributed to the site quite a bit.

Pimp's Quest was the first flash game I ever played, and it was that magnificent game that got me into flash gaming.

I know that I and many others owe great thanks to this fine man that had his life cut short ever so suddenly. It has been a honor to watch his skills grow as the years went on, and I wish I knew knew him before his final hour, but all I can type now is the continually used phrase, Rest In Peace. I and many others will cherish your great work, and can only imagine how things would be if you were still alive to this day. I only hope that his family members will find a way to make it through the loss of his life.

I can't believe it either! He was a great artist taken from us waaaaay to soon. May his memory live on, and may NG continue to provide the best in flash entertainment! Ben would want it that way.

Seems like we have a death in NG about every year now. Well, nothing we can do about it right? Except not do anything stupid. If anything, the kid that tried to set fire to his school should have definitely died lol... Anyways, RIP.

I didn't know the guy, but that's sad. It sucks losing a newgrounder. R.I.P, Ben.

Before Ben died he had signed a contract allowing me to post his cartoons and movies on the internet. I maintained section8studios where he continued to give me new animations and movies to post up for him. I will be posting all of his creations again in a new site in memory of Ben, and will let everyone know where they can go to see it all.
