Odd Error Message Need Assistance

Before proceeding, I'd like to ensure you this is not a joke/lame trolling attempt.

Anyways, I completed downloading a few security updates for Windows Vista and rebooted. Upon returning to my desktop the error message in the image provided below appeared. There seems to be nothing wrong with my PC as it is functioning properly. I've selected restart twice already and the message continues to appear. When I select "Restart Later", the message simply re-opens.

It's kinda funny but irritating the shit out of me. Anybody know how to get rid of this?

(BTW, I still have to reinstall Firefox. Internet Explorer is not my default browser.)
